This Agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into between Nişantaşı University and the Member for the purpose of regulating the terms of use of the website https://payment.nisantasi.edu.tr. Nişantaşı University has the right to share the personal information of its members with relevant official authorities if required by law, court decisions, or administrative requests. Nişantaşı University may send SMS and electronic notifications for all kinds of promotional information, events, or any other matters to the members/users who have accepted this agreement. The Member/user explicitly consents to this by accepting this agreement. Membership to the website https://payment.nisantasi.edu.tr is personal and cannot be transferred to others. The password is determined solely by the member. It is the responsibility of the member to safeguard the password. Nişantaşı University is not responsible for any problems arising from password usage, whether material or moral. The Member is personally responsible for any transactions made under the "username". The Member acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any damages they may incur due to providing incomplete or incorrect information during registration on the website https://payment.nisantasi.edu.tr. In case of providing incorrect information and violation of this agreement by the Member, Nişantaşı University may terminate their membership unilaterally without any notice or warning. In this case, Nişantaşı University reserves the right to claim damages from the Member. The Member agrees and undertakes not to copy, reproduce, publish, or market any information, document, software, design, graphic, text, visual, video, etc. works or any content located on the website https://payment.nisantasi.edu.tr, which belong solely to Nişantaşı University. Nişantaşı University may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time for system updates or due to technical requirements. Nişantaşı University will not have any legal or criminal liability against its members or third parties due to the temporary suspension or complete shutdown of the system. The Member declares that they have read and accepted the content of this agreement in a way that will not give rise to any objection later. In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, first and foremost, the provisions of this agreement will apply, and in cases where there is no provision, Turkish Laws (CC, TCL, CCP, LC, etc.) will be applied. For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction. When the user fills out the registration form and checks the "I have read and accept" option at the bottom of the form, this agreement will enter into force indefinitely between the parties. I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that the tuition fee subject to this agreement, the written installments in the case of installment payment, will be paid to NİŞANTAŞI ÜNİVERSİTESİ or by bank transfer in the name of the student whose name is written above. I accept and undertake in advance that NİŞANTAŞI ÜNİVERSİTESİ will not be responsible in any way for interest and fees accrued by the bank due to payments made to accounts other than my account, payments made incomplete or not paid at all, and that I am exclusively responsible for these matters in case of a dispute. Regardless of the reason, no refunds will be made to students who voluntarily wish to sever their relationship with the educational institution. After my relationship with Nişantaşı University is severed for any reason during both the educational process and after the relationship is terminated, I acknowledge and declare that I have clear consent for any promotional information, event, or any other matters sent to me via SMS, email, and electronic notifications. The relevant student/parent acknowledges and declares that they have read, understood, and explicitly accepted the articles in this agreement, and that they know that these articles are an integral part of the agreement. This agreement was signed freely and willingly by the parties on ............. date. The student/parent has explicitly consented to all the above-mentioned matters.
